Bolton car dealership wins another award for its exccellent customer service.

A Bolton car dealership has won a national accolade at the Car Dealer Magazine Used Car Awards – often described as the Oscars of the motor trade.
The trophy – for delivering the best Used Car Customer Care – was presented to Crompton Way Motors at the glittering awards ceremony recently, held at The Brewery in London and hosted by the TV presenter Mike Brewer. It is the second time in three years that the business has won the title.

Hundreds of automotive retailers, plus MOT testing stations and workshops, enter the awards every year. Each one undergoes a rigorous judging process and mystery shopping test before the gongs are handed out.
In the Used Car Customer Care category, judges were looking dealerships that truly go above and beyond the call of duty, being friendly and professional and responding to queries in a timely manner whilst offering all the information the customer requires.
After receiving his company’s trophy, Paul Richards, the owner of Crompton Way Motors, said: “This feels fantastic and I’m pleased to accept this award for everyone at the business. Every member of our team delivers superb customer service and it has always been at the heart of how we do things.

‘‘We are very proud to win this again. Our approach is quite simple – we treat people how we would like to be treated ourselves.’’
James Baggott, editor-in-chief and founder of Car Dealer Magazine, said: ‘‘Many congratulations to the team at Crompton Way Motors. They have triumphed again in a category that was especially keenly contested this year so they should feel proud of an amazing achievement.

Awards night host Mike Brewer said: ‘‘Quite often at the Car Dealer Magazine Used Car Awards, we say it was a difficult decision to decide the winner in a particular category.

They are organised by the UK’s leading automotive trade title, Car Dealer Magazine.
