Meet The Team Spotlight - Ash After Sales Manager

Time to find a little extra details on some of the Team here at CWM first up our longest serving member Ash.

Ash has been with Team CWM for over 14 years he is a loyaestl member of our team and has been a supportive team player for many years. Ash orginally started his CWM journey working within our workshop as a technician, he took real pride in ensuring all our cars were prepared to an excellent standard prior to delivery to our customers alway ensuring a full Oil & Filter Check, Service and MOT had been carried out prior to collection.

Ash has been promoted recently to After Sales Manager his main role now envolves ensuring that any customer who does have an issue with their car after they have collected it Ash wll take care of them to make sure we can rectify any issues within the relms of our warranty provider. Ash also takes care of the invoices and expenses along with ordering parts for our stock and sold cars. Ash is fastly becoming Paul's right hand man within the sales office, this is a real challenge and change of career for Ash he is excelling within his new role.

Ash loves to spend time with his lovely wife, daughter and son and is an avid fan of our local football team Bolton Wanderers.
